Two Nigerian football stars, Victor Osimhen and Tosin Demehin, have linked up at Galatasaray in Turkey, marking an exciting chapter in their careers. Osimhen, the Super Eagles’ star striker, joined the Turkish club on a season-long loan from Napoli after a summer transfer saga where he was linked with Chelsea and Al-Ahli. Despite not securing a permanent move, he will be with Galatasaray until the end of the 2024–2025 season.
Meanwhile, Demehin, a key defensive player for the Super Falcons, also made a notable move this summer, joining Galatasaray Petrol Ofisi. She signed a one-year contract for the 2024/25 season after previously transferring to the French club Reims for her development.
The duo took to social media to share their reunion, showing their excitement about playing for the same team in the Turkish Super Lig. Their link-up is expected to bring added strength to both the men’s and women’s squads at Galatasaray.
