Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman, has expressed his frustration over the absence of Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, at the ongoing probe by the House of Representatives Joint Committee. The committee is investigating allegations of bribery against officials of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to reports from Vanguard, the House of Representatives summoned key figures, including the EFCC Chairman, the Comptroller General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Bobrisky, Verydarkman, and all officials involved in Bobrisky’s prosecution for naira abuse.
During the proceedings, Verydarkman voiced his discontent, stating, “Today I will not say anything because an invitation was given out to me and Bobrisky, but he is not here. I don’t see why I will be here and he will not, so I won’t say anything, but my lawyer will.”
This highlights the ongoing tensions surrounding the investigation, as Verydarkman emphasizes the importance of Bobrisky’s presence in the proceedings.
