TINUBU VOWS TO DEAL WITH BANDITS WHO KILLED SOKOTO TRADITIONAL RULER

President Bola Tinubu has condemned the tragic death of Alhaji Isa Bawa, the District Head of Gatawa in Sabon Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto State, who was killed in an attack by bandits. In a statement issued by his spokesman, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the president described the killing as a deeply disturbing and heinous act, vowing that it would not go unanswered.

Tinubu extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the Gobir Emirate, and the Sokoto State Government. He assured the nation that his administration is committed to eliminating threats to national security and will take decisive action against such acts of terror. The president also prayed for the repose of the late traditional ruler’s soul and comfort for his grieving family during this difficult time.
