President Bola Tinubu has reappointed Prof. Abdurrahman Sheshe for a second term as Chief Medical Director of Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano. This renewal is effective from December 5, 2023, and marks the beginning of a final four-year term.
Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the president’s spokesman, announced that the reappointment comes with the expectation that Prof. Sheshe will re-dedicate himself to enhancing the hospital’s standards and ensuring the efficient delivery of quality services to citizens.
Prof. Sheshe initially assumed the role of CMD on December 6, 2019.
