BONIFACE, LOOKMAN, AND CHUKWUEZE LEAD NIGERIA’S ATTACK IN SEARCH OF VITAL THREE POINTS

Super Eagles interim coach Austin Eguavoen has made a single alteration to the starting lineup from their previous match against Benin Republic. Lazio’s Dele-Bashiru replaces Fulham’s Alex Iwobi in central midfield, partnering Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi.

Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface spearheads the attack, alongside Ademola Lookman and Samuel Chukwueze. Boniface will look to make an impact after a goalless performance against Benin.

Eguavoen has organized the defense with captain William Troost-Ekong at the forefront, while Ndidi anchors the midfield.

As Nigeria aims for another three points to strengthen their qualification chances for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, the Super Eagles continue their quest for success.
