1. **Visit the Website**: Go to https://cmris.npf.gov.ng/ and click on the apply icon.
2. **Create a Profile**: Use your National Identification Number (NIN), Driver’s License, or Tax Identification Number (TIN) to create a profile.
3. **Log In**: If you already have a profile, log in using your access credentials.
4. **Select CMR Request**: Choose the CMR request and then select a sub-request.
5. **Provide Vehicle Details**: Enter the required vehicle information and click Next.
6. **Confirm Details**: Check the box to confirm the accuracy of the vehicle details and click Proceed.
7. **Make Payment**: View the invoice and proceed to make payment using any available payment method.
8. **Confirmation**: Details of your request will be sent to your registered phone number and email address.
