Renowned Nigerian rapper Reminisce is set to release his upcoming EP titled ‘Sui Generis’ on September 27, 2024. This highly anticipated project follows his 2023 album ‘Alaye Toh Se Gogo VOL. 1’, which featured collaborations with prominent artists like Olamide, Mayorkun, BNXN, Oxlade, Dremo, Mohbad, and Odumodublvck.
Ahead of the EP’s release, Reminisce has already dropped two singles: ‘Up As Fxck’ featuring Badboy Timz and the hip-hop track ‘Kupe’, showcasing his lyrical prowess and versatility.
‘Sui Generis’ will consist of seven tracks and feature guest appearances from street pop star Bhadboi OML, renowned rapper Vector Tha Viper, and rising talents Logos Olori, Easyscope, and Bardbanks. This marks Reminisce’s seventh project in nearly two decades of a career that has solidified him as one of Nigeria’s iconic rappers.
Fondly known as Alaga Ibile, Reminisce has been instrumental in popularizing indigenous hip-hop in Nigeria, notably with his hit ‘Local Rappers’ featuring Olamide and Phyno. His last album continued the trend with tracks like ‘Hustle’ featuring BNXN and D Smoke. Fans eagerly await ‘Sui Generis’ to experience Reminisce’s distinct style and hit-making abilities once again.
