PRESIDENT TINUBU DEPARTS UK FOR IMPORTANT ENGAGEMENT IN PARIS

President Bola Tinubu has left the United Kingdom for Paris, France, where he is scheduled to attend an important engagement. His departure was confirmed by Ibrahim Kabir Masari, Special Assistant to the President on Political and other matters, through a post on his verified X handle, @KabirIbrah64.

In his statement, Masari mentioned that he had the privilege of visiting President Tinubu at his private residence in the UK for productive discussions before they headed to Paris. While specific details regarding the engagement in Paris were not provided, it is believed to be part of the President’s broader strategy to maximize various international engagements.

President Tinubu initially departed Nigeria on October 2 for a two-week working vacation in the UK, as part of his annual leave. Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, had previously announced this trip, indicating that the President would use the time for reflection on his administration’s economic reforms and to engage in other work-related activities.
