Senator Ned Nwoko has categorically denied recent rumors of his death in Switzerland, labeling the reports as completely false and malicious. In a statement issued on Friday in Abuja, Nwoko, who represents Delta North Senatorial District, dismissed the claims as unfounded and harmful.
He expressed his frustration over what he described as unwarranted insults and accusations targeting him, particularly focusing on a recent controversy regarding a car purchase for a young content creator. Nwoko denounced these allegations as baseless and misleading.
The senator condemned the spread of false information and announced that he would take immediate legal action against those responsible. He emphasized that legal repercussions would follow for anyone involved in disseminating these harmful rumors.
Nwoko stated, “Whether this is a misguided joke or a deliberate act of malice, it has gone too far and will not be tolerated. I am taking immediate legal action against those spreading these falsehoods. Arrests will be made, and anyone involved should be prepared to face the consequences.”
He underlined that this issue is not about influence but about holding individuals accountable for their actions and protecting his reputation. Nwoko assured that he would not tolerate any attempts to malign his character and that those spreading false information should expect swift legal action.
