Nollywood actress Adunni Ade is embroiled in a legal dispute with cab driver Frances Njoku, who has threatened to sue her following a package delivery incident.
The issue began on September 18, 2024, when Ade publicly accused Njoku of absconding with her package and not responding to her calls. Her Instagram post, which criticized both Njoku and the ride-sharing platform In-drive, sparked significant attention from her followers, who demanded accountability.
Later that evening, Ade revealed that Njoku had returned the package after his profile was locked by the platform. Despite this resolution, the situation escalated further. On September 19, Ade shared screenshots of her communications with Njoku and her fashion designer, showing Njoku’s angry response and his threat of legal action against her for defamation.
