Renowned Nigerian pastry chef, Favour Ikedinma, has achieved international acclaim by winning the ‘Cake Artistry of the Year’ title at the prestigious National Pastry Conference (PastryCon) 2024.
The three-day baking event, held from August 29 to 31 at the Park Expo and Conference Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, showcased a variety of culinary talents in categories such as ice cream, gelato, chocolatiers, intricate cakes, and plated desserts.
