“Federal Government Lifts Suspension on Arik Air Operations After Resolving Dispute”
The Nigerian federal government has lifted the suspension on Arik Air, allowing the airline to resume its flights. The suspension had been in place due to a dispute between Arik Air and Atlas Petroleum. According to a statement from Michael Achimugu of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the conflict has been resolved, with Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo and NCAA DG Capt. Chris Najomo overseeing the resolution. Passengers can now check in for Arik Air’s scheduled flights.
