Nigerian activist and critic Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has threatened to take legal action against the Lord’s Chosen Church over a series of controversial testimonies shared by its members.
VDM has urged the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to investigate these testimonies, accusing the church of misleading Christians with exaggerated claims. His concerns were sparked by a viral testimony last week in which a woman claimed she was attacked by four armed robbers but managed to disarm them and take possession of what she referred to as an “AK-27.”
The pastor later corrected the claim, clarifying it was an AK-47.
In a video posted on his Instagram, VDM expressed his frustration and announced his intention to pursue legal action. He wrote, “CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA, get ready for me ooo. This nonsense needs to stop. Now they’re even claiming to have spiritual iron in their heads? All these Chosen members…”
