The Forum of National Youth Leaders of all Political Parties in Nigeria (FNYLPPN) has urged President Bola Tinubu to take action against the ongoing hardship in the country. The FNYLPPN Chairman, Eze Onyebuchi Chukwu, made the appeal during a media conference in Abuja on Monday.
Chukwu expressed confidence in Nigerian youths to surpass the achievements of their predecessors, who played a crucial role in securing the country’s independence. He commended President Tinubu for his initiatives aimed at alleviating hardship, especially among the youth, through various programs and minimum wage increases.
However, he highlighted that despite these efforts, hardship remains a significant issue. Chukwu expressed concern about the pervasive hunger and economic difficulties, warning that inaction could worsen insecurity and lead to hunger-related crises.
He thanked Nigerian youths for their patience and urged them to remain calm while allowing the president more time to implement necessary changes.
