The Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has announced the release of results for the 2024 Placement Test by Continuous Assessment Scores (CAS) for Primary Six pupils.
RESULTS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE
Adebayo Orunsolu, Director of the Lagos State Examinations Board, confirmed that the results are accessible on the official portal. Schools can view the results online using their existing registration credentials. Orunsolu emphasized that this new online system is designed to streamline the results printing process and eliminate previous delays associated with the process.
EQUAL TREATMENT FOR SUCCESSFUL PUPILS
Orunsolu stated that all successful pupils will be treated equally in the placement process. The new system is part of the ministry’s commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that “No child should be left behind.” Private schools that participated in the examination are required to submit their results to the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) to ensure their students are included in the initial admission lists for Government Public Junior Secondary Schools.
STREAMLINED PROCESS
The online results system aims to simplify the process for both public and approved private primary schools, reducing the need for physical visits to the board’s office. Orunsolu reassured that the ministry remains dedicated to fair and inclusive education practices.
