The third edition of Jameson Distillery on Tour is set to offer a range of interactive experiences celebrating the brand’s 244-year-old Irish heritage. Taking place from September 27th to October 1st, 2024, at the iconic National Theatre, this five-day event promises an intimate look at the distillation process and the enjoyment of Jameson whiskey.

Curated by Jameson partners, the tour will feature live music, gourmet food, fashion, and skating, providing the ultimate opportunity to connect with friends and create lasting memories. Jameson emphasizes authenticity and inclusivity, aiming to bring people together through shared interests.

Attendees can look forward to exclusive whiskey tastings and live demonstrations that explore the history and craftsmanship of Jameson. “Creating unique connections has always been important to Jameson Whiskey,” says Evane Chenuet, Marketing Director of Pernod Ricard Nigeria.

The event kicks off with a collaboration with Afrovibes, showcasing vibrant live music. Subsequent days will highlight Nigeria’s skating culture, an experiential water park festival, gourmet food pairings, and culminate in a celebration of Afrobeats during the grand finale.

A special feature will be a demonstration by Ger Buckley, a fifth-generation Midleton Cooper, offering insights into the craftsmanship behind Jameson’s barrels. “This edition is a tribute to Nigeria’s vibrant culture,” shares Bodam Taiwo, Head of Portfolio at Pernod Ricard Nigeria.
