Back in 2022, rumors circulated that Toyin and Kolawole were facing challenges within their marriage, reportedly stemming from Toyin’s behavior towards certain family matters. Kolawole had expressed grievances about her conduct, including her reluctance to accompany him to church and her absence from home for extended periods.
However, the couple refuted these claims, demonstrating that their relationship remains strong. In an interview with Media Room Hub, Toyin affirmed her commitment to her husband, emphasizing that she cannot envision living apart from him. She finds solace in the belief that their marriage is divinely ordained, alleviating any fears she may have had.
Last year, Toyin issued a stern warning to Nigerian women, cautioning them against any attempts to encroach on her marriage. She unequivocally stated her opposition to anyone aspiring to become her husband’s junior wife, firmly asserting her position.
