The Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation has urged Jigawa residents to support government initiatives aimed at easing economic hardship in the country. This call was made during a one-day sensitisation event organized by the National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Dutse.
At the event, the Jigawa Coordinator of NOA, Mr. Ahmad Tijjani, highlighted the crucial role of public support in the success of government projects. He noted that while the Federal Government has introduced policies to alleviate poverty and hardship, these policies need public backing to maximize their effectiveness.
Mr. Tijjani emphasized that the government is focused on improving citizens’ welfare and that understanding and adapting to these changes is essential. He also stressed the importance of mutual cooperation and effective management among Nigerians.
Mr. Bashir Galadanci, Head of the Federal Information Centre in Jigawa, underscored that the federal interventions are designed to reach grassroots communities and reaffirm the government’s commitment to boosting citizens’ welfare. The sensitisation aimed to guide residents on how to access and benefit from these intervention programs.
