The Management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) is set to conduct a two-day capacity building workshop for its frontline staff. The workshop, led by Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, Secretary to the Enugu State Government (SSG), will take place on Thursday and Friday, September 19 and 20, 2024.
Titled “Leadership and Strategic Planning in Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria,” the training aims to enhance productivity, work ethics, and staff relationships. The workshop will be attended by key university personnel including Deans, Directors, Associate Deans, Deputy Directors, Deputy Registrars, Heads of Departments (HODs), Principal Assistant Registrars (PARs), Deputy Bursars, Chief Accountants, and Heads of Units.
The event will be held at Esther Hall, Admiral Resort Hotel, Chaka Crescent off Nza Street, Independence Layout, Enugu, starting at 10 a.m. daily. Participants are expected to be seated by 9 a.m. each day.
