EMERGENCY MEETING OF PDP GOVERNORS’ FORUM UNDERWAY IN ABUJA

The Peoples’ Democratic Party Governors’ Forum (PDP-GF) has convened for an emergency meeting at the Bauchi State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja. The primary focus of the meeting is to assess the current state of the party and discuss various developmental issues affecting the nation.

The session will include an enlarged gathering featuring members of the National Working Committee (NWC), the Board of Trustees (BoT), and the leadership of the National Assembly, along with representatives from the Forum of Former Governors of the party.

Early attendees include Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal and Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, along with key party officials such as the Acting National Chairman Amb. Umar Damagum, National Organising Secretary Capt. Umar Bature (retd.), BoT Secretary Ahmed Makarfi, and National Secretary Sen. Samuel Anyanwu.

Discussions are expected to address pressing concerns within the party as well as strategies for national development.
