D’banj has officially announced the release date for his highly anticipated album, Entertainer – The Sequel, set for August 16th. This new project is a follow-up to his classic 2008 album The Entertainer, which played a significant role in catapulting him to superstar status.

- Nostalgic Video: D’banj’s announcement video features a nostalgic touch with appearances from actor Gideon Okeke and Mo’hit co-founder Don Jazzy, reminiscing about their past collaborations.
- Global Collaborations: The album will include collaborations with international stars such as Wyclef Jean, Awilo Logomba, Youssou N’Dour, Akon, DJ Maphorisa, and Chechi Sarai. Nigerian music stars like Phyno, Timaya, Kayswitch, Zlatan, Peruzzi, Bhadboi Oml, and Chuchu Lee will also feature on the album.
New Single Release
- ‘Worthy’: Ahead of the album, D’banj released the single Worthy on July 19, featuring Youssou N’Dour and Chechi Sarai, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
