Contact call centre to report officers’ misconduct, emergencies: LASTMA
The Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) says it will introduce a call-up centre for road users to promptly report any misbehaviour by its personnel or other incidents on Lagos roads.
LASTMA general manager Olalekan Bakare-Oki said in Lagos on Tuesday that the initiative aimed to rebrand LASTMA’s image and rebuild public confidence in the agency.
He said the centre would be unveiled before the end of the month.
