Bobrisky Rushed to Police Hospital Amid Health Concerns

< 1 mn read

Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, was taken to the Police Hospital at Falomo, Lagos, after complaining of pain in his “breasts.” This incident followed his detention in a police cell at Alagbon, Lagos State, where he reportedly expressed discomfort after spending several hours.

Circumstances of the Hospital Visit

According to sources, Bobrisky was transported to the hospital around 2 p.m. the day before. A police insider revealed that his complaints of pain prompted the decision to move him. However, there are claims that the ambulance trip may have been a strategic move to divert public attention during a planned transfer to the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) under the Lagos State Commissioner of Police.

To manage the situation discreetly, an ambulance was called to transport him, and police sources indicated that the visit by the Commissioner was to oversee Bobrisky’s transfer to the SFU.

Isolation and Security Measures

Before his transfer, Bobrisky was reportedly isolated from other inmates, placed in a separate location with two armed officers assigned to guard him. These officers remained present until he was taken out for transport to the hospital.

During the ambulance ride, a female nurse accompanied Bobrisky, alongside a fully armed police officer to ensure security. Interestingly, when approached inside the ambulance, Bobrisky identified himself using his male name, Idris.

The situation continues to unfold as Bobrisky’s legal and health issues attract public and media attention.
