Asake’s latest album, Lungu Boy, has achieved impressive success on Nigeria’s TurnTable Top 100, with five tracks making it into the top 10. The standout track, “MMS” featuring Wizkid, topped the chart, while “Active” with Travis Scott, “Wave” featuring Central Cee, “Mood,” and “Fuji Vibes” also secured notable positions.
This achievement is further highlighted by breaking streaming records on Spotify Nigeria. Lungu Boy set a new record for the biggest opening week streams, surpassing Rema’s HEIS and previous records held by Davido and Wizkid. Additionally, Asake’s earlier album, Work Of Art, is also in the top 10, making him the only artist with two albums in the top 10.
