To commemorate Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, Apple Music has launched a month-long initiative titled “Oshe Naija” (meaning “Thanks Nigeria” in Yoruba), celebrating the rich musical heritage of the country. This campaign will honor various regions that have significantly influenced Nigerian music and helped it gain international recognition.
As part of the festivities, Apple Music unveiled a list of the top 10 most streamed Nigerian artists of all time on the platform. The list features notable names, showcasing the diverse talents that have shaped the Nigerian music landscape:
