Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is confident that Federico Valverde will effectively fill the void left by Toni Kroos’s retirement. According to Marca, Ancelotti has expressed strong faith in Valverde’s ability to step into the pivotal role previously occupied by Kroos, who retired this summer after a successful career, including LaLiga and Champions League titles.
Valverde has been assigned the number 8 shirt, which Kroos wore for many seasons.
