The Super Eagles of Nigeria have touched down in Kigali for their upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Rwanda’s Amavubi. They departed from Victor Attah Airport in Uyo on Sunday afternoon and have scheduled two training sessions in Kigali before their encounter with the home team.

Nigeria began their campaign on a strong note with a convincing 3-0 win over Benin Republic’s Cheetahs. They will now face Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium on Tuesday. Rwanda, in their opening game, managed a 1-1 draw against Libya’s Mediterranean Knights in Tripoli. The match promises to be an exciting clash as the Super Eagles look to build on their solid start in the qualifiers.
