Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu recently shared her views on infidelity and domestic abuse during an appearance on the Talk to B podcast, hosted by Abiola Akinrinde. Nwosu revealed that she once called off her wedding just two days before the ceremony after the groom physically abused her. Reflecting on that decision, she expressed gratitude for choosing her career over the marriage, despite initially regretting it.
Nwosu emphasized that while infidelity alone is not enough for her to leave a man, domestic abuse is a clear deal-breaker. She strongly advises women to leave any man who physically abuses them, stating, “Once a man lifts his hand on you, he won’t stop.” She urged women in such situations to leave immediately, even if it means abandoning their belongings, as staying in an abusive relationship can have dangerous consequences.
