The Renewed Hope Youth Alliance (RHYA) has extended warm congratulations to Honorable Ayodele Olawande on his elevation to the position of Minister of Youth Development.
The promotion, announced during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held in Abuja on October 23, 2024, marks a significant milestone in Hon. Olawande’s career.
In a statement signed by the National Coordinator of RHYA, Comrade Awoyinfa Opeoluwa, the youth group praised Hon. Olawande’s dedication and commitment to the development of Nigeria’s youth.
“This significant promotion is a testament to Hon. Olawande’s unwavering commitment to the youth of Nigeria and his substantial contributions to the Renewed Hope agenda championed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” the statement read.
Hon. Olawande, who previously served as Minister of State for Youth Development, has been lauded for his innovative approach to addressing the challenges faced by the country’s youth.
“Over the past year, as Minister of State for Youth Development, Hon. Olawande has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing our youth,” Comrade Opeoluwa added.
The group noted that under his leadership, various initiatives aimed at empowering young Nigerians have been implemented, including programs focused on entrepreneurship, skill development, and youth engagement.
“His efforts have been widely acknowledged as crucial steps toward creating opportunities for the country’s burgeoning youth population. This elevation is not only a recognition of his hard work and dedication but also an encouragement for all young leaders to aspire to greater heights in service to our nation,” Comrade Opeoluwa remarked.
The RHYA expressed optimism about Hon. Olawande’s future contributions as he takes on his new role.
