Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has vowed to dedicate himself to the improvement of residents’ quality of life if elected in the upcoming November 16 governorship election.

While campaigning in the Ifedore Local Government Area, Aiyedatiwa, representing the All Progressive Congress (APC), emphasized his focus on enhancing healthcare and infrastructure development, assuring citizens that his administration would remain committed to delivering quality governance without distractions.

He addressed community concerns by outlining plans to meet local needs, including healthcare improvements, road construction, and essential infrastructure projects. Aiyedatiwa expressed his appreciation for the support of traditional rulers, highlighting their role in the success of his administration.

The Olowa of Igbara-Oke, Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede, articulated the community’s priorities, which include rehabilitating key roads, ensuring improved healthcare with a resident doctor at the Basic Health Center, providing access to clean water, and managing flood risks. He commended Aiyedatiwa for his responsiveness and respect for traditional institutions, stating, “Your respect for our traditional institutions has earned our trust.”

In response, Aiyedatiwa assured the community that their requests would be addressed promptly. He reiterated his commitment to a people-centered development agenda that would benefit all citizens, urging unity and ongoing support from the local government throughout the campaign and beyond.

“Our government belongs to all of you, and your welfare is our priority. Together, we will achieve more,” Aiyedatiwa declared.
