The tribute was marked by enthusiastic songs, dances, applause, and cheers from the women, recognizing Oba Ewuare II’s unwavering dedication to his people, especially as he approaches his 8th Coronation Anniversary on October 20, 2024. Osaigbovo Iguobaro, the Chief Press Secretary to the Oba of Benin, issued a statement detailing the festivities.

Itohan Osahon-Edokpolor, the APC women’s leader for the Edo South Senatorial District, praised Oba Ewuare for his prayers and the peaceful atmosphere during the recent governorship election held on September 21.
