The Naira appreciated by N73.39 at the official market on Tuesday, trading at N1,561.76 to the dollar. This increase, as reported by the official trading platform of the FMDQ Exchange, reflects a 4.48 percent gain compared to the previous trading date on Monday when it exchanged at N1,635.15 to a dollar.
Additionally, the total daily turnover rose to $253.68 million on Tuesday, a significant increase from the $126.24 million recorded on Monday.
In the Investor’s and Exporter’s (I&E) window, the Naira traded within a range of N1,650 to N1,540 against the dollar, indicating ongoing fluctuations in the currency market.
