Elon Musk Launches $47 Incentive for Voter Referrals in Swing States

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has introduced a new initiative that offers $47 to registered voters in the U.S. who refer others to sign a petition supporting free speech and the right to bear arms. This program specifically targets voters in swing states, which are crucial for influencing the outcome of upcoming elections.

Musk announced the initiative via X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter, stating, “For every person you refer who is a swing state voter, you get $47! Easy money.”

The petition, hosted on Musk’s America PAC website, aims to collect 1 million signatures from voters in key battleground states. The PAC, which receives backing from several tech entrepreneurs, was established to support former President Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.

The petition calls for the protection of the First and Second Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government, while the Second Amendment protects the right of citizens to bear arms.

During a recent rally for Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, Musk expressed his views on the election, emphasizing the importance of Trump’s candidacy. He warned that this could be “the last election” if Trump does not secure a victory. Musk also addressed the narrative surrounding Democrats allegedly planning to infringe on Americans’ rights, including free speech and the right to bear arms.
