Evang. Mike Bamiloye, founder of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, has urged Christians to stop sharing fake testimonies in churches. He condemned such actions, stating that those involved are “playing pranks with God.”

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Bamiloye emphasized that individuals engaging in false testimonies are being manipulated by the devil. His warning follows controversial miracle testimonies from Lord’s Chosen Church members that have sparked discussions on social media.

He stated, “If you stand on the Lord’s Altar to give fake testimonies deliberately, you are playing pranks with God! If you mount the Altar of God to tell lies about what He has done, you are playing pranks with God!”

Bamiloye also called out bloggers who criticize the church for profit, suggesting they are unaware of their alignment with the devil’s intentions. He reiterated the supremacy of God, asserting His ability to perform miracles as depicted in the Bible.

He concluded with a reminder of God’s unlimited power, referencing biblical miracles like bringing water from a rock, walking on water, and multiplying food for His followers.
