FCT Minister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike held a closed-door meeting on Tuesday with the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Senator Adolphus Wabara. Speculation suggests the meeting aimed to address the ongoing crisis within the party, particularly in Rivers State.
The BoT had requested the meeting with Wike in August, following a discussion with Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara. It remains unclear if a resolution was reached during the talks.
