Nosa Adams, a lawyer and All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, is a member of the Senator Monday Okpebholo Campaign Council for the Edo State Governorship election. He previously served as chairman of Egor Local Government Area and was part of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Legacy Group before joining the APC.

In a recent interview, Adams emphasized the strong prospects of the APC in the upcoming Edo governorship election. He highlighted dissatisfaction with the current government led by Governor Godwin Obaseki and expressed confidence that voters would unite to elect the APC candidate.

Adams cited widespread disappointment with Obaseki’s performance over the past eight years, criticizing his administration and the PDP’s governorship candidate, Dr. Asue Ighodalo, for being part of the same failing leadership. He believes that key stakeholders, including political leaders, traditional institutions, the Christian community, and civil service, are ready for a change and view the APC as the best option for the state.

According to Adams, there is a general consensus among the people of Edo to reject Obaseki’s government and ensure a new direction for the state under the APC.
