BISHOP SHARES FREE FUEL TO OKADA RIDERS IN ENUGU TO EASE HARDSHIP

Rev. John Eze, the Methodist Bishop of Nsukka, has distributed free fuel to commercial motorcyclists in the Eha Amufu community of Isi-Uzo Local Government Area, Enugu State. This act of generosity was aimed at alleviating the economic difficulties faced by the community, particularly the motorcyclists, amidst the ongoing economic challenges in the country.

The fuel giveaway, held at the Eha Amufu Motor Park, attracted hundreds of delighted motorbike riders who were grateful for the unexpected assistance. Bishop Eze explained that the initiative was conceived to ease the financial burden on the motorcyclists and provide some relief to the local commuters.

“I am thrilled to see the smiles on the faces of these hardworking bike riders,” the Bishop stated, emphasizing the church’s commitment to serving the community and positively impacting people’s lives.

One of the beneficiaries, Chukwuma Okoro, expressed his gratitude, noting that the Bishop’s gesture would significantly help many families sustain themselves during these challenging times. The community members also took to social media to praise the Bishop’s kindness, offering prayers and expressing their deep appreciation for his benevolent act.
