Osimhen’s Agent Rules Out Move Amid Al-Ahli €70m Proposal
Roberto Calenda, agent for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, has dismissed speculation about the striker’s potential move to Saudi Arabia. In a statement released on Monday, Calenda addressed recent transfer rumors, including a €70m proposal from Al-Ahli, and emphasized that Osimhen is committed to Napoli.
“Osimhen is a Napoli player with a recently renewed contract,” Calenda stated. “He has made history and, despite major offers, we have always respected the club’s decisions. He is not a package to be shipped out for new prophets. Victor, who was named African Footballer of the Year and ranked eighth in the Ballon d’Or, still has much to achieve in Europe. There needs to be respect and balance.”
