Nigerian comedian Seyi Law recently shared his perspective on the economic challenges facing the country under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. During an interview on the Mic On Podcast with Seun Akinbaloye, Seyi Law expressed strong support for Tinubu’s policies, asserting that no other candidate, including Peter Obi or Atiku Abubakar, would have managed the situation better.

Seyi Law acknowledged the widespread hardship caused by the current economic policies but defended the president’s approach, stating that he had prepared himself for the difficult times. He emphasized that while he personally understood and accepted the short-term pain, he does not expect all Nigerians to have the same level of patience. However, he remains optimistic that relief will come in the medium to long term as the policies begin to take effect.

He concluded by urging patience, while also recognizing that not everyone might be able to endure the current challenges as he does. Seyi Law reiterated that the president’s actions are in line with his manifesto, and he remains confident in the long-term benefits of the administration’s strategy.
