President Bola Tinubu has expressed his condolences over the passing of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, who died on Thursday at the age of 82 after a brief illness. In a statement issued by his spokesman, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu described Iwuanyanwu as an accomplished businessman and notable politician, highlighting his significant contributions as the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide.

Tinubu extended his sympathies to the Imo State Government, the deceased’s friends and associates, and Ndi Igbo. He emphasized that Chief Iwuanyanwu’s remarkable legacy will be remembered and prayed for the repose of his soul and comfort for his family during this difficult time.
